What requirements do I need to rent a boat?
To rent a boat with us, please note the following:
- Minimum age: You must be of legal age (18 years or older).
- Identification: It is mandatory to present a valid identity document (ID card, passport or driver's license).
- Navigation license: If the selected vessel requires a license, you must have the corresponding nautical certificate according to the type and characteristics of the boat.
Can I operate a boat if I don't have a license?
Unlicensed vesselYes, we have boats that do not require a license.
You can wear them whenever:
- Measure up to 5 meters (motor) or 6 meters (sail)
- Have a maximum of 15 HP of power
- Sail only during the day, in good weather conditions
- Do not go more than 2 nautical miles from the coast
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made after this time may incur fees.What happens if sea conditions are not safe for the activity?
Safety is our priority. If our team determines that sea conditions are unsuitable, we will offer you the option to reschedule the activity for another day. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
How do I make a reservation?
You can easily book through our website or by contacting us directly by phone or email.Do I need to leave a deposit?
On the day of boarding, you will need to pay the required deposit, which varies depending on the vessel rented. This deposit covers breakdowns, damage, late returns, discrepancies in inventory and equipment, compensation, misuse, negligence, etc.
